State Grand Jury drug trafficking charges DISMISSED in exchange for a plea to a misdemeanor for time served

Three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor DISMISSED at a preliminary hearing. The remaining count dismissed, in exchange for client pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery

Won published opinion by S.C. Court of Appeals whereby the Court of Appeals reversed a trial court order as to whether client’s first mortgage was intended to encumber Tract A in addition to Tract B. The Court of Appeal’s opinion can be read here. Following the successful appeal, the matter settled in client’s favor.
